Christmas

Christmas seems like a distant memory now...and yet I have not had a chance to update my blog since! 2015 seems to be much more busy than I intended it to be! Anyway, now seems a nice time to reflect on the down-time that was Christmas.

Like last year I spent Christmas with Ben and his sister Gemma which meant lots of delicious food, board games and movies. Absolutely amazing.

Christmas 2014

Gemma eschewed the regular Christmas trees and got this cardboard one which you can decorate with drawings which Ben and I contributed to. Ben drew the lovely reindeer you can see in this picture - any half decent drawings are Gemma's.

Boxing Day we went to Ben's families where I spotted someone had brought SingStar and didn't wait long to make sure it got played! Ben was not happy...

Figuring out how to play the most complicated board game of all time. Game of Thrones. It's pretty good once you get there...and we more or less understood it in the end!

Gemma got me a felting craft kit and I made this elephant! Pretty proud of it!
